Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Operations: Manage the e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Product Management: Upload, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Inventory Oversight: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
  • Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing: Collaborate on and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and PPC ads.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics to inform decisions and improve sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with vendors, designers, and the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 5 of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-commerce platforms  WooCommerce , analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.), and marketing tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creativity: Strong sense of design and branding. Basic photo editing skills are a plus.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
