If your OUKITEL WP5 Pro can’t work with carrier, you need to activate the sim card on an existing phone which supports your carrier. After you receive the initial activation texts or get a 4G signal, put the sim card back into the OUKITEL WP5 Pro. It should automatically pick up the carrier’s network.

1. How do you insert the sim? Is it easy to do?

2. Will this work with T-mobile provider?
